
My Weight Loss Before and After Journey.
Yesterday, I over-did it. I started off good with oatmeal and raisins. One of my co-workers treated for Papa John's pizza. I had brought some salad for lunch and I still planned to eat it but I didn't. :(
I had 3 slices of pizza though.
I'm also sure ate something out of the vending machine. Its pretty bad that I don't remember.
For dinner I had a Weight Watcher's Smart Ones. It was good. I munched on some corn chips afterwards. Then I made 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with strawberry jelly on whole wheat bread.
I know I over-did it on the bread especially. I need to remember that too much of the stuff gives me heartburn. I paid for it with a burning chest last night as I was trying to go to sleep.
How much bread is the maximum I need to eat any way? I'll have to do some research on that.
I did exercise and I felt better going to sleep. Still had a little heartburn though.
I'll have to do better...
Alright I'm going to finish watching the NCAA Final Four. Tournament time!!!
