This covers several days. The dates for keeping up with my food intake start from March 27, 2011 but I've been official with the lifestyle change (or what some people call a diet) since March 25th.
I began stretching that day and doing push ups and situps. The 2 days later I began tracking what I had eaten everyday all day.
On the first day of keeping track of my eating habits I couldn't believe the stuff I had eaten that day. I feel like I had gained 10 pounds by reading it!
Here it is:
Banana, apple orange, oatmeal with raisins, a honeybun, chicken lasagna, Taco Bell chicken chalupa, 2 peanut butter cookies, bbq chips, salad with cheese & raspberry vinegarette.That's a lot of stuff to eat in one day!
I started taking it easy since that day because I could see why I was fat and what made me gain weight.
Here is the rest of the week so far:
Monday: Oatmeal, 4 cookies, bag of salad, pizza, peanut butter and jelly sandwich
Tuesday: Oatmeal, Fritos Flavor Twists, cashews, salad, Yasin's trout fish salad, 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
Wednesday (Today): 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, chips, chicken lasagna, bread, salad, cake
One thing I see missing from the list is fruit everyday. I need to incorporate this into my diet. There are obviously some things I can do without as well. Its gonna take some willpower.
I have been stretching and exercising everyday too. I used some weights over at the Hall of Champions Gym with my man Twiggz. He's a mixed martial artist and his workout is intense!
So I'm getting off to a great start....
